However, like any business, selling on Amazon is not without its challenges. KT encountered typical hurdles like navigating Amazon’s strict seller policies, dealing with unexpected account suspensions and managing the complexities of inventory management. Price wars with competitors and the constant need to maintain high seller metrics also posed significant challenges. By the second year, KT’s business had grown exponentially, turning over 3.1 million products. This momentum continued into the third year, with an impressive 4.3 million products sold. The successful integration of wholesale into the business model played a crucial role in this growth.
